Wallet

Accounts and transfers

What is an AR wallet?

It is the public Adsrek Pay account number. It is used for sign-in and internal transfers. The internal user ID is not needed in the interface.

Which currencies are supported?

Primary accounts are RUB, USD and EUR. USDT is available only in P2P.

How do I transfer funds to another user?

Open Wallet, enter the recipient AR number, amount, currency and financial PIN. The transfer is executed in the selected currency without hidden conversion.

Where can I view history?

History shows fund movements, while Merchant and P2P have their own operation lists and statuses.

P2P

Exchange and external systems

How is internal exchange different from P2P?

Internal exchange converts Adsrek Pay currencies at the system rate. P2P is used for deals between Adsrek Pay and external payment methods through exchangers.

How do I add or withdraw funds?

Adsrek Pay has no direct external deposits or withdrawals. To buy internal balance, open P2P and choose “external system → Adsrek Pay”. To receive funds in an external system, choose “Adsrek Pay → external system”.

Where do exchange rates come from?

Internal exchange uses RUB, USD and EUR at system rates. In P2P, the rate is set for each exchanger direction.

What happens to funds during a P2P deal?

The required amount may be placed on hold until completion, cancellation or dispute resolution. This prevents the same funds from being spent twice.

What should I do if a P2P dispute occurs?

Do not confirm anything that did not actually occur. Open a dispute and attach messages or evidence. The decision is recorded in the arbitration log.

Merchant

Sites and integration

How do I connect a site?

In My sites, create a Site/App, obtain keys and configure webhook. The API supports HMAC signatures, nonce and replay protection.

How are site keys different from an API profile?

Site/App keys are used to accept payments. For programmatic payouts and other server-side actions, create a separate profile in “API integration”.

Where can I view incoming invoices?

The “Payment invoices” section shows invoices created by connected Site/App integrations, including amount, status, order and payment date.

Protection

Account security

What is the financial PIN for?

It is a separate numeric code for confirming sensitive financial actions. It does not replace your password and must not be shared with support or other users.

Why enable 2FA?

2FA protects sign-in and critical operations with an additional one-time code.

How do I contact support?

Open Support, create a ticket and choose a category. Never send your password, financial PIN, current 2FA code or API Secret in a ticket.
